트럼프 대통령과 김정은 위원장은 미국-조선민주주의인민공화국의 새로운 관계 설정과 관계된 문제들과 한반도의 항구적이며 공고한 평화체제 구축에 대해 포괄적이고 심층적이고 진지한 의견을 교환했다. 트럼프 대통령은 북한에 대한 안전 보장을 제공하기로 공약했고, 김정은 위원장은 한반도의 완전한 비핵화에 대한 그의 확고하고 변함없는 약속을 재확인했다.

2. 미국과 조선민주주의인민공화국은 영속적이고 안정적인 한반도의 평화체제를 만드는 노력에 참여한다.
3. 조선민주주의인민공화국이 한반도의 완전한 비핵화를 향해 노력하겠다는 2018년 4월27일 판문점선언 내용을 재확인한다.
4. 미국과 조선민주주의인민공화국은 이미 확인된 유해의 즉각적 송환을 포함해 (한국전쟁의 미군) 포로/실종자 유해의 발굴을 위해 노력하기로 약속한다.
역사상 처음 열린 미국-조선민주주의인민공화국 정상회담이 두 나라 사이에 걸친 수십 년에 걸친 긴장과 적대를 극복하고, 새로운 미래를 여는 데 매우 큰 중요성을 갖는 시대사적 사건이라는 점을 인식하며 트럼프 대통령과 김정은 위원장은 이 공동성명에 나온 조항을 완전하고 신속하게 실행하기로 서약한다. 미국과 조선민주주의인민공화국은 정상회담의 성과를 이행하기 위해 마이크 폼페이오 국무장관과 그에 상당하는 북한 고위 당국자가 이끄는 후속 회담을 가능한 한 빨리 열기로 약속한다.

Trump of the United States of America and Chairman Kim Jon Un of the State Affairs Commission of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea at the Singapore Summit President Donald J. Trump of the United States of America and Chairman Kim Jong Un of the State Affairs Commission of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) held a first, historic summit in Singapore on June 12, 2018.
President Trump and Chairman Kim Jong Un conducted a comprehensive, in-depth and sincere exchange of opinions on the issues related to the establishment of a new US-DPRK relations and the building of a lasting and robust peace regime on the Korean Peninsula. President Trump committed to provide security guarantees to the DPRK, and Chairman Kim Jong Un reaffirmed his firm and unwavering commitment to complete denuclarization of the Korean peninsula.
Convinced that the establishment of new US-DPRK relations will contribute to the peace and prosperity of the Korean Peninsula and of the world, and recognizing that mutual confidence building can promote the denuclarization of the Korean Peninsula, President Trump and Chairman Kim Jong Un state the following:
1. The United States and the DPRK commit to establish new US-DPRK relations in accordance with the desire of peoples of the two countries for peace and prosperity.
2. The Unite States and the DPRK will join the efforts to build a lasting and stable peace regime on the Korean Peninsula.
3. Reaffirming the April 27, 2018 Panumunjom Declaration, the DPRK commits to work toward complete denuclerarization of the Korean Peninsula.
4. The United States and the DPRK commit to recovering POW/MIA remains, including the immediate repatriation of those already identified.
Having acknowledged that the US-DRPK summit - the first in history - was a epochal event of great significance in overcoming decades of tensions and hostilities between the two countries and for the opening up of a new future, President Trump and Chairman Kim Jong Un commit to implement the stipulations in this joint agreement fully and expeditiously. The United States and the DPRK commit to hold follow-on negotiations, led by the US Secretary of State, Mike Pompeo, and a relevant high-level DPRK official, at the earliest possible date, to implement the outcomes of the US-DPRK summit.
President Donald J. Trump of the United States of America and Chairman Kim Jong Un of the State Affairs Commission of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea have committed to cooperate for the development of new US-DPRK relations and for the promotion of peace, prosperity, and the security of the Korean Peninsula and of the world.
